My time is just as valuable as yours.

Please provide a 48 hour notice, if you cannot make you scheduled appointment.

(Appointment conformations/reminders are sent out days prior. If for some reason, you do not receive your reminders, please let me know asap)

If your appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before or you no show, you will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations/ No Shows are a $30 an hour fee.

That being said, if you have a 30 minute appointment booked, you will be paying a $15 fee. 

If your appointment is booked for an hour, a $30 fee. 

Which means, a three hour appointment booked will be a $90 fee.

If you cancel last minute or no show multiple times, you will have the option of "same day appointments" only. I have the right to deny any and all future appointments.

​This is my business, my source of income. I rent my salon space, last minute openings leave gaps in my day, which leave me with no income coming in.  

Please be respectful of my time and other clients, who would have taken that spot if they were notified in advance.

Medical emergencies / family medical emergencies are excused.

I completely understand life happens, but please be courteous og my time and let me know in advance.
